Instead, the name reflects a state of pyschological health. In other words, behaving appropriately according to constriants keeps a Human in line to progress and advance in life. Not only free of mental illness, but getting along well, living a reasonably happy, productive life while remaining fun to be around. Basically, a definition of mental health.</p> <p>Who is truly mentally healthy and by what means can we achieve mental stability?
